This company has the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. The way that they treated my elderly parents and myself was abhorrent - I was even told by two people (one was a "manager" named Annie) that my family doesn't matter and that I don't matter. I'm appalled in the behavior of the people that work for and represent Nationwide Moving Services, and it really makes me wonder if they train their staff to be rude, uncompassionate, and have such a lack of empathy - or if they just hire people who are already like that.
It is very frustrated working with this moving company. Just take the deposit and run. They keep promising and you never see a moving truck show up. Stay away, please!
I am totally satisfied with the job these hard working men did. I had two men pack up china, complete kitchen and clothing. They did an excellent job. Then 3 men wrapped furniture etc and loaded two trucks.. They worked so hard and were polite, kind and amiable throughout. I highly recommend this company. Even the office staff were kind and very helpful.
I would never expect that the move could be so smooth!!! Everything was as promised: all on time, the cost, the quality of work. The team was amazing: respectful, professional, very nice to deal with. The team did everything very quickly, and, at the same time very thoroughly. We are very happy with the move.
It was a wonderful experience, very attentive and they answered all our questions. Booking process was so easy. Guys were Punctual. Customer service was awesome. Excellent work. Communication was so clear and polite. Price was good. 100% trustworthy and flexible company.
If you are moving use this company. The 3 gentlemen were on time, courteous, clean, and careful with breakable items. Not having moved in over 20 years so it was a guessing game for me of who to choose but I got lucky and chose this company. They took the stress out of moving and turned it into an enjoyable process. Relax and choose them you will be happy that you did.
I will add to this review shortly. I am currently in the middle of the worst move of my life because of Nationwide Moving Services. Worst decision I ever made was to hire them. Details to follow.

I have moved 5 times in 8 years... best movers we have ever had! First time without any dings, scratch's or breaks during the move. They handle all items extremely well and do an excellent job protecting your furniture. I was extremely impressed! They are fast and efficient, very well priced for movers. These guys are great!!! Best movers we have had!
It was refreshing that each of his team members wanted to be there, they worked hard, went out of their way to be helpful, and treated my mom's stuff like it was their mom's. You could tell they wanted to do a good job- which is so refreshing these days. They were professions, incredible efficient both packing, loading and unloading. Hire them you won't regret it.
