AVOID MIDLAND VAN LINES AT ALL COSTS!!!! We have an attorney, contacted the Attorney General’s Office, and filed a complaint with FMCSA/BBB. A $16,500 move became a $34,500 move with wire transfers, Zelle/Venmo payments to Russian bank accounts. Derek from Midland offered a contract for $16,500 (partial pack move). Midland Van Lines is not your mover. They broker vendors to negate ownership of their failures. Two days before our move, Midland requests full assessment of our items to assure the right size truck. Midland Van Lines is the worst company to work with. We were told by James that Midland was family & veteran owned. James had also given an guaranteed delivery date of August 5th to my family. All my lifelong belongings and everything important to us had not shown up. I called Midland several times, and never had anyone pick up the phone. Dominique had finally answered but she was very rude and seemed agitated, she didn't listen to anything we had to say and numerously cut us off and told us our guaranteed delivery date was a typo and regardless of it being a signed contract, that she can't help us and went to hang up the phone. I would give a negative number for them, but cannot. Do not believe the positive reviews - likely self posted. Midland Van Lines are unresponsive; treat the customer like shit and care nothing about them; are slower than molasses in January in Alaska; over-charge; NOT professional; fail and refuse to communicate; nothing done right; unreliable; only follow their schedule, not the customer's; non-efficient; etc. They continually lied by saying that they will be with me throughout the process. No video viewing for the bid only a telephone call. Then, gave a bid of over $12,000 to move from Minneapolis to Nashville. Then, lowered until lower than others. They ultimately blackmailed me... The bid process was odd as they did not do the video viewing which was what i should have taken to be my first red flag. The dispatch was rude and did not treat me very nicely for someone who is a steward of moving my stuff. They are slow moving and don't coordinate well. Would recommend using Atlas as they are wonderful and i will be going back to them,
Midland Van Lines' crew was seriously impressive! They handled my move like pros, smooth as butter. Sure, there was a tiny hiccup, but their insurance sorted it out hassle-free. I'm definitely sticking with these guys for my next move!

Midland Van Lines really came through for me when I needed them! They went out of their way to fit in with my schedule, which was a huge relief. Even though they were a tad late, they made up for it with their awesome service. The team was patient and super respectful throughout. They handled all our stuff with care, making sure everything was in the right spot without me having to lift a finger. Dealing with them was an absolute breeze!
Dealing with Midland Van Lines was a breeze! I only had to make a couple of calls to get my quote, and they stuck to it all the way through the move. No surprise charges or sneaky fees popped up, which was awesome. Plus, my sales rep was super nice and always had my back. I'd definitely choose them again for my next move!
When even a storm can’t stop your movers, you know you have chosen the right moving company. When I moved last month, suddenly the skies were covered and things were literally flying everywhere. In that terrible weather, the movers from Midland van lines showed up at their exact appointment time. They went about their job as it is any regular day and packed up everything very quickly. The loading process was eventless and then they loaded everything while letting themselves get wet by saving my furniture. Luckily, the weather was good when they made the delivery. These men never complained for a second even when it was bucketing. I bow down to them!
