The movers were very skilled, just like the ones you get from many other moving companies. They were punctual, strong and efficient. I have no issues with them while they move my stuff. But what separated Midland van lines from other moving companies to me was their customer service. I mean, how many moving companies would call you after a move asking you how the move went? It was just amazing the way they kept me in the loop throughout the moving process. They gave me a good deal. The man on the phone, Terry, was very informative and helpful.
We moved to another city last month. The weather was less than desirable with the snow and slits. But it didn’t seem to make a difference to the very capable movers from Midland van lines. They went about their job as it is any regular day and packed up everything very quickly. The loading process was eventless and then they set off within 2 hours of arrival. The delivery was made on time and it was snowing that day too. The movers unpacked and put everything in place. I tipped them very well simply because I was very grateful.
Midland van lines is often panned by a lot of people for their prices. But the quote they gave me seemed more than reasonable given the distance they had to cover. I was well aware that the delivery might take a while but fortunately there was no delay. The credit goes to the movers. They maintained the schedule throughout. Their packing skills were amazing and I was blown away by how easily they carried everything. It was a mighty effort by the boys. All my belongings were transported in great condition. They even unpacked everything and put them in place. The bill matched the quote and I was super happy.
The company I had originally hired called me one day before the moving date and told me that they couldn’t find a crew for me. I was in such a pickle. I called many moving companies and no one could accommodate me on such short notice. Then Midland van lines called me back, who also didn’t have a vacant slot, and told me about a late afternoon slot. I took it right away. The whole move went very effortlessly. The movers were great and they didn’t even charge me astronomically given the short notice. I would have been happy only if they showed up given my situation but the movers did such a good job in the end.
Having to move my old pieces of furniture was not an easy feat. But the movers from Midland van lines took the job head on and successfully moved everything. The quote they provided got me worried because it was so low. I didn’t expect the movers to be that good. But they were the most efficient men I have ever come across. They packed everything neatly and the loading process took no time whatsoever. They delivered on the same day and unpacked everything for me. They were respectful and friendly too.
No moving is cheap. If any company gives you a deal that seems shady, it probably is. That’s why I hired Midland van lines despite their somewhat expensive quote. It turned out to be money well spent. The movers arrived right on time fully prepared to my doorsteps. They packed up everything very quickly and loaded everything onto the van. The whole process took such little time that I was just shocked. They were supposed to deliver a week later. On day seven I got a call at 9 am notifying me that the van would arrive in 20 minutes. That is some serious efficiency levels!
I have hired many different moving companies in the past, from the ones with lowest prices to the fanciest frontrunners. But none of them measured up to the standards of Midland van lines. This company just blew my mind with their helpful customer service, experienced crew and reasonable prices. It’s a combination that is so rare in the moving business. But somehow they managed to provide amazing services at such low costs even in this economy. To add to their amazing list of achievements, none of my valuables suffered any damage while they helped me move.
When I called Midland van lines to get a quote, they asked me when I needed to move. I replied “today”. The crew showed up just two hours later! That is how fast I decided to relocate. Thanks to Midland van lines who helped turn this move from manic to easy. The movers were all very professional and easy to work with. They systematically packed everything into boxes and then loaded the van. The delivery was made the next day with all my valuables intact inside the van. I’m just so grateful for the way they helped throughout this sudden move.
I was torn among two moving companies when I was moving. All three of them quoted similarly and promised perfection. My brother-in-law suggested that I go for Midland van lines. So I went for them. It really was a good choice. They made my move so easy. New York is not too far from Maryland but it wasn’t the distance that bothered me. I am really attached to the things I own. So I didn’t want them to be damaged. The movers, who maintained their timing very well, took amazing care of my possessions. I give this company 5 stars.
They moved our belongings last October. It really was a perfect move. They showed up on time, finished the job very quickly and made the delivery with everything intact. What impressed me was their attitude. They always approached me with a smile, whether on the phone or in person. They were helpful throughout in every way possible. I even got a call after the move was completed asking how the move went! That is some serious customer care! I will definitely recommend them.
