TOTAL DECEPTION- UNETHICAL - UNPROFESSIONAL- PRACTICES and LIARS! Given a “Binding estimate” after sending images of our items that we have already packed and in 2 storage units with dimensions of width depth and height! Jaxon, the rep, took my photos to his “supervisor” to make sure the “binding estimate” would be accurate and that unless I added anything other than my photos- I could rest assured there would be NO additional charges ( proof through text thread that company has!)Paid my deposit and then had a hard time getting anyone to call me right up to 3 days before move was supposed to take place. I still pinch myself thinking that Midland van lines moved all my belongings and there was not even a scratch on any of my pieces. If that doesn’t scream efficiency, I do not know what does. I hired them for the low quote. But they turned out to be pros. They took such care of my valuables. The movers were friendly and punctual. I own some heavy pieces of furniture. But it was no big deal to them. Everything went like clockwork and they were at my doorstep before I realized anything. They even unpacked and assembled the furniture. I am a very satisfied client.
I had been hiring a different moving company in the past. This time they were not available and I opted for Midland van lines instead. These men were just machines! It took them just an hour and half to finish packing and loading everything from my 3-bedroom apartment. They weren’t just fast but also very thorough. Every item was packed with great care. They delivered everything on time in great condition. It’s unfortunate for the other moving company but I’m only hiring them from now on.
My move couldn't have gone better. The guys from Midland van lines were absolutely fantastic at every step of this move. They showed up on time, packed everything efficiently and finished the job in just 2 hours. I was very impressed seeing how well they packed everything. They used a lot of packing materials but most of it was free anyway. They delivered exactly when they said they would and my valuables were unharmed. I have gained a lot of respect for these guys over that weekend.
I wasn't expecting much from Midland van lines. They are a no-frills moving company and so expecting them to do a great job was pointless. But they surprised me big time. These guys are so professional. They arrived on time, packed up everything in no time and left within a very short time. The more time they saved, the more money I saved. It turned out to be the cheapest move of my life. The most shocking part was waiting for me when they made the delivery. Every item I own was sitting undamaged in their van. I would call this move an unexpected success.
I contracted Midland Van Lines and they picked up my personal possessions on June 29 and immediately was told had to pay an additional $1333o move me. I moved from Nevada to Florida. The driver informed me that day they would deliver July 5th. It is now July 26th I receive no updates. I am only told they have 21 business days. They have past that mark. Each and every time I call the person on phone can give me no information except that my possessions are still in a warehouse and they have not assigned a driver? What is that? We were moving from one state to another. It was a tough move but Midland van lines definitely eased it up. We hired them on a recommendation from a friend. Their quote seemed only fair given how the current market is. They sent over 4 very strong looking men who got to work right away. Both my husband and I were very pleased to see how professional these movers were. They were working tirelessly all over my big house without any complaints. When we received the delivery, everything was in very good condition and none of our valuables went missing. We are in awe of how professional this company was.
My wife and I are dedicated hoarders and so Midland van lines had their work cut out. They had to pack a lot of belongings and it certainly wasn’t an easy job. I did warn them beforehand. The crew came prepared. The 5 men worked tirelessly for 6 hours packing each and every useless thing we have hoarded. They didn’t even ask for any breaks. After 4 hours, I just had to buy them lunch for how hard they were working. The foreman was very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the services they provided us.
We moved a long distance quite easily. It was the movers from Midland van lines who made it possible. They were just excellent. Nothing was too heavy or too big for them. Even carrying my big couch down 2 sets of stairs couldn’t tire those movers out. I was utterly impressed seeing how organized and efficient the four men were. The van pulled up at my new house right on the scheduled date. I was delighted to find all my belongings in superb condition. I will hire them again for sure.
I had a lot of belongings. Three kinds make you hoard a lot of things. Midland van lines had its work cut out. Four movers showed up right at 9 am. They were so strong looking. The packing was done very quickly. They carried my huge furniture very easily. It took them just 2 hours to finish a mountain of packing and loading. They transported my valuables safely and on time. Did I mention that they were really expensive?
