It isn’t a very long way we had to relocate to but I couldn’t possibly imagine taking on the responsibility of moving on my own. I hired Midland van lines because they were recommended by a friend. They gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to take good care of my belongings. The crew of 4 men arrived 10 minutes late but I think they more than made up for it given how efficiently they worked. They packed everything carefully and properly and then loaded them onto the vans. I was very pleased to see how they put everything in vans trying to minimize damage later on. Many of my friends suggested that I hire Midland Van Lines for my move. I wasn’t quite sure but I hired them anyway. Their men arrived early on the moving day, which was quite unbelievable to me. They got to work when we were ready and the clock didn’t start till then. They worked very efficiently packing and loading everything. The company only gave me an estimate beforehand. I didn’t really know what the final bill was going to look like. They delivered everything the next day after I arrived at the new house. Everything was in great condition. The final bill was handed to me and it was very close to the original estimation. I know now why everyone keeps singing their praises.
Although I had never relocated before, I didn’t have the best of impressions about moving companies. All my friends always told me what thieves they all are. But when I hired Midland van lines to handle my sister’s move, they blew me away. Here is a moving company that maintains timing, employs excellent movers and has customer service that is just awesome. I had a ball seeing the movers at work when they were moving her belongings. Everything went like clockwork with these guys! Even the delivery went without any drama. My sister is too busy to be writing a review and so she asked me to do it; I happily obliged.
Midland Van Lines has only delivered 1 of 2 trucks with our belongings, and will not give us an ETA for the delivery of the remaining items. We have paid in full for pickup and delivery, for both truckloads. It has been 3 weeks past the agreed upon delivery date. Customer Service says they have to get the ETA from Dispatch, and Dispatch will not return calls or emails (nor answer the phone).
This company was very unprofessional. It began after the quote and contract signing of course. The day of the move as soon as the driver came into the house and went around the rooms,he says it will be 4,000 dollars more than was quoted. Keep in mind, that I had since given away half of the items that I was quoted for. When asked why is my cost not lower, he says because of the dimension of my furniture. This is such a rip off. When my furniture arrived my 75 inch TV was broken. The driver told me to call midland customer services. I filled out the claim papers in which I was able to show the cost of my TV was 1500, and they offered me 150 dollars. They made me aware that there is no other... Read More
Midland Van Lines is the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Their reviews are fake. While the sales rep, Steven, initially reassured us with reasonable pricing and delivery promises, everything fell apart after that. Frank, another representative, was shockingly rude—accusing me of being a fraud and dismissing issues as a "language barrier." Delivery, initially promised between November 22-24, was delayed to the 26th, and they called at 11 PM on the 24th with no explanation. When the movers finally arrived, they demanded an extra $2,000, claiming their "eye measurement" was better than the dimensions we had carefully provided. To top it off, the lock on the truck was frozen due... Read More
Run as far from this company as you can and DO NOT under any circumstances give them monies. They are crooks that take deposits and never have any intention of picking up or delivering your belongings. They claim to want to help but do not and then ghost you! James, Gary, Frank and Jose CANNOT be trusted. They have illegal practices and lure you into giving money via cash or personal check
Midland Van Lines exceeded my expectations! They were prompt, courteous, and very careful with my belongings. Their pricing was transparent, and there were no hidden fees. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company.

The team at Midland Van Lines was so friendly and helpful. They arrived on time, packed everything securely, and ensured my belongings were delivered safely. They even set up my furniture at the new place. If you want hassle-free moving, this is the company to call. Truly exceptional!
