We moved for the 3rd time last weekend, and once again chose Madison Van Lines. They are very fairly priced, and did the job efficiently and effectively, as they have every other time I have used them. Highly recommend.
I used them to move our business. The scheduling was easy, the pricing great, and the work was done as promised with no hassle. I would absolutely use them again for both personal or business moving. Very impressed!
I used Madison Van Lines based on a recommendation received from my sister. Moving is stressful, and Madison Van Lines took away any and all stress from moving day. The team was professional and beyond helpful. They did everything they could to make sure the move went as smooth as possible. Where do I begin. I looked up online and figured Madison van lines has decent reviews. So I called them up. Allan from Madison van lines was very polite and nice and called me several times to finalize the deal and the details. Then the nightmare began when the moving crew came home to pick my stuff up (in portland OR) for a move to Colorado Springs. This was the most unprofressional crew of any service I had ever engaged in my lifetime. and Im no spring chicken. As it turns out Madison van lines is not a shipping company with its own trucks. First they give you a quote over the phone sound great , then the movers come from a different company and the bill doubles. I call them and I get a lot of we will take care of it and nothing is done. Then I give a move in date nothing is confirm and the trucking company. Does not know if they can deliver that day and they are handling the move because Madison drop the ball. I should have gone with the big company at least the are backed and insured. Use this company at your own risk.

Had horrible experience with this company. Gave them 3 day window to deliver my furniture from Pa to Va, and they came a day late. On arrival, only the driver available to carry items in , so I had to assist. Had serious damage to multiple items. Most serious was the marble top of my dining room table was cracked in half. I had them box only my lamps and pictures and they did poor job. An inadequate amount of packing materials was used so had damage to several items. Filed claim and received only small fraction of damage incurred. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They promise everything and deliver nothing!
