We highly recommend them. They are so kind, friendly, polite and very professional guys. I cannot thank enough and I have recommended my friends. Once again thank you so much for providing this excellent service on a reasonable price. I will definitely use your service in future.
They were on time and did the whole moving within 6 hours. Packed and unpacked all my stuff as well. They brought a large van and 3 movers. I thought of leaving this comment after receiving this excellent service from IVL, so no complain from my side.
The movers were respectable reliable and very courteous, no cutting corners and everything was done to my high standards and above my expectations! I can't give IVL enough praise for all they have done for me and my little family, making it so stress-free to move. Thank you for everything IVL.
The job went really well and the team on the day were brilliant. They ensure everything was moved with great care and they put everything back in the positions we required. I had no time beforehand so they packed us up the day before and took apart two of our large wardrobes. The company comes highly recommended.
IVL was reasonably priced, and every staff member I talked to was informative and answered my questions clearly. Pick-up was a breeze, and my items arrived on time, intact, with nothing broken. I'd use IVL to move again for sure!

My move from Kentucky to Michigan was a disaster. I had several items damaged. Boxes were dumped in the barn toward the end of the day. Even though they were marked otherwise. The move began 2hrs late due to poor communication requiring a shuttle, and lasted in Ky until well after midnight. The most distressing to me was a handcrafted doll irrreplaceable which was placed on a deflated exercise ball with a throw rug stuffed around the bottom for support. The legs were broken,the feet shattered and the left wrist broken. I paid for extra protection but was told because it was crafted by hand I could only receive $100.00 in compensation.
