The price was fair. They did all the right things a good moving company does. Their men were efficient and caring with our stuff. They were perfect. I will certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.
I had my first move to another state so help moving was a must. They were quick and courteous and treated my things well. I would recommend them to anyone needing to hire movers.
They quickly wrapped everything that went into the truck. My furniture filled their truck to the max and they did a very good job of moving it all around to do it in one load! They were courteous and professional. No surprises in my quote at the beginning to cost of services receipt at the end of the job! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Update... My april 29th shipment is still not here, and it is June 14th
Very disappointed in IVL
WORST EVER!! It took over 5 months to deliver goods from Washington DC to Switzerland. Their European partner, World Freight Relocations, informed me the night before delivery that they could not deliver using their truck. As a result, they required EUR 1,500 additional in order to make delivery. What a shake down! DO NOT USE these companies. This is the worst service I have EVER received.
The 1st phone call went fine after quite a long conversation about why I needed a personal inspection ie; a large home, piano, steep driveway, etc. cross country move (PA to ID), and confirming with manager, as he left the phone and came back to agree to send out an agent to personally view my items. I didn't want to have the problems that so many people seem to have with "over the phone quotes". I was told that the local agent would contact me with a time and date. When contacted, by email, again, not local, he sent a "fill in the blanks" form. I called the second agent Jeremy Smith, I started to explain why I needed someone to come out, he rudely interrupted me, saying "we are going... Read More
Pouring rain was no problem, They even wore booties going in my house so not to dirty the floor. When they packed me up and moved me out they even cleaned up behind themselves removing any tape rolls and all materials, They did a walk thru with me and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable, Even Buddy my dog was happy because the foremen brought hi back a treat for lunch. Swell guys!
All my questions were addressed and the move was handled with care and integrity. You hear so many horror stories about movers but these guys made me feel as if I was being moved by friends and family and that type of service you cant put a price on.
They appeared on time and they were very friendly and reliable. I'm very happy with the service, highly recommended. I will make sure that I will recommend them to friends and colleagues and I will definitely use them when I move out from my current property.
