This company is a scam. I contacted the company months before my move. When it came time to actually move I was told they would pick up my furniture in Arkansas on November 1st so they can deliver in Florida that friday the 5th. This is the 22nd of November and I still do not have my furniture. When I repeatedly called the company they informed me they subcontract the actual move out and have no idea when they will deliver. They outright lied to me when they said they will pick up on Wednesday and deliver on Friday. I am a nurse practitioner at a very busy Urgent Care. AmeriSafe Moving company is a broker who shops out moves to third parties to complete the job. They absolutely botched our move, so much so that we had to scramble on moving day to find another company to complete the job. Once they finally acknowledged that the window they provided to us for the movers to arrive was not accurate, they showed zero remorse or interest in helping us solve the problem they caused. Their front office team has the customer service skills of a desert scorpion and their business practice seems like no more than a racquet to scam deposit money up front.
