We were taken for $3,200 in exchange for nothing. Absolutely nothing. Up in smoke and gone into their pocket as pure unearned profit, so use polite words. Big charge for zero service in the Winter 2021. Zip. Zilch. Nada. I would give them -5 stars for barely disguised scam if provided the option. I would suggest that their permitted listing on this site be carefully reviewed. They solicited and took advantage under pressure of inexperience to demand an inordinately large deposit for what in retrospect honorable sources and companies warn against. They are still holding my household goods hostage while demanding more money without any basis!! I had contacted 24/7 because it was BBB accredited w/ an “A” rating. On 9/15/20, Andrew (“A”) emailed promising a “CUSTOM NOT TO EXCEED ESTIMATE.” After I provided a detailed list of items & packed boxes, A emailed a “Binding Estimate”. I told A I wanted to read it over before signing. At this point, A put me on hold & got his manager Charles (“C”) on the phone for a 3-way convo. C started by saying our convo was being RECORDED, which made me believe I could rely on his statements since they would be documented if any issues came up. In July of 2019, 24/7 Logistic Services moved our home furnishings from Colorado to Portland, OR. When received, a large quantity of furniture and other items were destroyed. We hired them to dismantle furniture and professionally wrap them in blankets. Some items like a desk were not dismantled, and therefore legs broken off, as also with our dining table, console table, and other items were not properly wrapped and were destroyed. They also denied delivery on the morning of due to their claim they couldn't get the truck onto our street. I can’t say enough about this company from beginning to end the service was great my initial rep David, was very nice and walked me through everything and was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He was always available when I needed him. When the guys showed up they came a little bit later than expected but they worked very fast and got everything donein less than eight hours they packed all my fragile items and I’m happy to say nothing was broken . They delivered everything in two days. I would definitely use them again.
By far this company is better than any others I’ve used in the past. I needed to move from Miami to New Orleans in 2 weeks. I found these guys online and reached out to them. My sales David was very honest and transparent. He explained me the contract in details this way I felt very comfortable with him. He also offered me an exclusive use of their truck that included an expedited delivery this way I could get my stuff when I needed them there as I was starting the new job. I loved this company. I am so grateful for their price they gave me and work they have done. I was very limited on my budget and i was very concerned about it when i was choosing a company to move me from Atlanta to Miami as i read so many bad reviews about other moving companies that up-charging on the actual moving day. I did not have much of the furniture and what they quoted me that is what i paid them. The guys who moved me were very friendly, polite and worked super fast. I got them pizza after they finish. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
They dragged my furniture over concrete pavement on delivery instead of carrying it . Each and every piece of my furniture was scratched or damaged. After I submitted a complaint they offered me $140(!), bad joke!
T3623832 I guess the 1 star is for them remembering my name. I don't have much to say because I can't sit here trying to write volumes for such serious damage that was done. Used them as a service to relocate to Georgia from California. Too many hidden fees; supposed to pay $3500 and ended up paying $4500+. Damaged 5 of my high valued items (many more that I can't list) and lost my big music bag that has my keyboard, microphones, cables, adaptors, and cords in it. The value of the damages and loss is nothing less than $2,000. Delivery of my package was about 3 days late. If you are thinking about having this company move your furniture, save yourself the time and just burn it. I contracted with Orlando Movers to move my furniture from Orlando Fl to Monument CO. They picked up my furniture at my home. 24/7 Logistics was the company that delivered remnants of my furniture. They destroyed my $10,000.00 mahogany bedroom suit; busted the crown molding on my armoire, cracked the finish on the dresser and night stands, lost the headboard. When you sign the shipping ticket you agree (it's in the fine print) to settle for $.60 a pound for any damages. They offered me $243.00 as a settlement. Service was very helpful and professional. The movers were polite and took care of everything. When it was all delivered there was no damage to our items. I would recommend 24/7 logistics to anyone who is moving long distances.
