I have the system which at the moment is all screwed up,no one answered from the blue button and the grey one on the back keeps chirping battery ok which I know as I change the batteries as suggested.
I am at the point of looking for a new company .I am disabled and need a reliable system which this one is not.
I have had this for my mom for about 2 yrs. They are so kind when they respond, even if she bumps it while getting dressed. I feel very confident in this device and the excellent customer service. I like the fact if she goes outside she has the security in case she would fall. It detects it without her even pushing the button.
It would be nice if we knew the device would work if it is stormy or cloudy also. I think your company is one that has all the things I want at a reasonable price.
I did this for my mom and they're doing pretty good. We had change my mom's phone number, a situation came up. They got in touch with me to let me know that they got a signal that something was not right. They go "oh it's because your phone number has changed". We had forgotten, so they kept us in the loop knowing what's going on. Their price was reasonable. They went out of their way to find out what was wrong to make it right, we didn't even realize something was wrong. They've been wonderful.
We were worried about our parents continuing to live on their own into their upper 80s. I communicated with the company by phone a number of times setting up the installation.
My parents are resistant to new things and to strange people in their house. But by telephone, they managed to complete the testing and placing of the device quite smoothly. Great service working with difficult customers!
