The 6-meal plan was ideal for me after surgery when preparing meals was not possible. The variety of meal choices, quality of ingredients and ease in preparation kept me a satisfied customer until I was able to prepare my own meals again.

A week later, I still haven't received the first order. FedEx says the label on the package is incomplete and/or illegible, they're waiting on Freshly to provide updated delivery information. Freshly customer service told me I could wait for next week's order and get it at the trial price instead, or I could cancel my subscription and get a refund. Disappointed they had no options to expedite a replacement or provide me an extra week at the trial price for the inconvenience of their error. No effort was taken to try to retain me as a customer.

Delicious meals delivered right to my door. I ordered the turkey, pork chop, meatballs, meatloaf, pasta and BBQ chicken. My husband and I, who eat light, shared each meal after we each added a salad on the side. I froze the meals and they are reheating perfectly. I like the fact that the meals are ready to eat, no cooking! I paused the meal delivery until we eat all of the meals and then I will order again. I like that I can pause the subscription and restart.
