The welcome questionnaire asks if you like beef, pork, chicken, fish and even shellfish, but nearly every meal offered is some variation on a chicken breast slathered with some kind of sauce. There is NO seafood of any kind, and of 30 meal choices are only a couple are beef or pork. (And not even like a chop - the pork is a few cubes or shredded.) The accompanying vegetables or rice are mushy and tasteless. I find the fact that you have the same 30 meals to choose from every week ridiculous! No other meal service is so redundant! When my delivery did not arrive as usual at 4 p.m., they said to wait. It did not arrive. I am left without food in these dangerous times. The food was only mediocre anyway but because of delivery I was willing to accept it but failure to manage delivery, only sending a text that my order was cancelled 2 days after saying it was on the way, shows you cannot count on this company. Too risky.

THEY CANT ENSURE YOU TO DELIVERY WHEN YOU WANT AND THEN WHEN YOU WAIT TO GET YOUR FOOD, NOT DELIVERY LAST TIME THEY SAID BECAUSE NOT FUND IN MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS NOT TRUE, IF YOUR WANT TO HAVE YOUR FOOD DELIVERY IN THE WEEKLEY BASIS DONT USE FRESHLY.

Freshly missed 3 consecutive deliveries to me, blaming shipping volume over the holidays. Given refunds and small discounts after each failure, but never actually notified by them that the food wouldn’t make it to me. In each instance I had to initiate action by closely following FedEx tracking info. Even when Freshly admitted that they knew the food wouldn’t be delivered, they still didn’t notify me. Also, I would have lost a substantial discount had I not been super attentive to what was going on with my refunds. I have to say, the meals are tasty, well thought out and good ingredients. Some meals have lower sodium count than others so if thats a concern, must review your meals. Price point appears to be good compared to buying lunch during working hours.

For a person working a full-time job and a full-time business, Freshly is a godsend. Don't know what to do with the time that these meals have freed up. Also great because I am allergic to gluten and I can all the meals without worry that the bread or gravy has wheat. So far, I just LOVE IT!

College senior here. I work two jobs on top of 16 credit hours so I am constantly on the go. I saw an ad on social media for Freshly, and how they offered pre-prepared meals ready to eat in 3 minutes shipped to your door. Not only are these fast and easy to make, but they are healthy which is very important to me as I am a type 1 diabetic. As for the actual taste, I have found Freshly to be overall pretty good. There are some real hits (Buffalo chicken & Loaded Cauliflower, Steak and Peppercorn) and there are some MAJOR flops (Avoid Low Country Boil at all costs. The food is good and so easy to make. There is a nice selection to choose from. However, the actual delivery of meals is a nightmare! They promise delivery within 24 hours of shipment. Last week the meals arrived a day late, and this week they delivered them to the wrong address. At this rate, I'm not sure that I will stay with them.
