2017 PCI data breach that they kept silent for over 4 months affected Delta, Best Buy, Sears, etc. Found guilty of stealing 15 trade secrets from Live person to run the tech business and had to pay a had slam $30 million in damages 2021 ruling. They are a very corrupt and untrustworthy company.
