This place is relentless in there telemarketing. I have asked to be removed from their call list, my number is on the do not call list. 3 times a day they call, they leave voice messages. I wouldn't deal with this company of their products were free!
Your ads on various search engines are deceptive and out-right misleading/false advertising. Your language and pictures of seniors is designed to give the impression of ultra cheap insurance rates. Shame on you. I can't give rate you a zero rating, but that's what you get. The insurance companies that rely on you for leads are also mis representing and should be ashamed. I see no positive reviews.
I am tired of getting harrassing emails and calls by this group. Not sure where or who is providing reviews but the "unsubscribe" link does not work. Do not trust this group, their marketing techniques are highly questionable,
I NEVER put my # anywhere!! I did this & was called immediately & have been harassed nonstop!! Called up to 34 times in 45 hours! Read all 13 reviews & you tell me how they got a 41/2 star review! Sadly, I was going to use them. Now I'm going as high as possible to report this scam. Michael Rowell & Michael Paulus own this company so you can report them. If they call past 9 you can get them in so much trouble. I wish they would!! DON'T GIVE YOUR INFO.!! I have to rate to even send this review!! They deserve NOTHING!!

Someone else used my number as contact information for this company. They have called me 28 times in less than 24 hours. I asked to be taken off the call list (because this literally isn't me) and they hang up on me.
I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and urge you to do so as well if you are reading this and have a similar experience.

Don't give your information they will spam you with calls!!!! They automatically sent me to my current insurance to get a better rate.. yeah right... DONT GO WITH THEM
All before Christmas everything was just great I was able to rent a house for me and my kids My husband had just left me, and I had to do what I had to do to make a living Back in November I was making minimal wage at a fast food restaurant and had no call center experience. I think they're guilty of deceptive advertising. They should make it very clear that they provide referrals, not quotes. For that, I give them 1/2 star for a rating. Only because I could not give 0 stars.
No way in hell they will sell a million dollar policy for one dollar a day. False and Fraudulent advertising. They have been reported to FTC and National Family and their so called "affiliates" need to be charged with fraud and arrested. They forced me to choose one star. They deserve zero stars.
People be warned this company is relentless. I have asked to please stop calling me. First day 39 calls from them. The second day 22 calls. This was after they said give it 24 hours and you will be taken off our list. Today being 72 hours later I’m still getting phone calls. I have blocked countless numbers they keep calling from. This company is by far the worst company I have ever in my life encounterd. PLESASE don’t ask for a quote on linenyou will be sorry. If I could give them a -5 score I would. Signed up for life ins . Was advised I could cancel in 30 days. Canceled in 20 days via Lumico & Assurance. The following month withdrawal from my checking account ($550+). Called to advise of failure to cancel & requested a refund; followed up with written notice. This happened again, 2 months in a row. ($550+)After repeated calls for refund, I was advised by Lumico that Assurance denied, no reason. I asked for address info & was advised that Customer Service is in Nebraska & insurance company is in India. Seeking legal address for refund. Elder abuse!
signed up for the service to see some health insurance plans, I've been getting calls all day with different numbers and some are actually scam numbers. This company gives away their customer's information to scammers. I have called them multiple times to get me off their call list, but they rudely hang up and don't even resolve this issue. This company is most likely a complete scam. DON'T SIGN UP, UNLESS YOU OVER A DOZEN CALLS A DAY SOMETIMES WITH SCAM NUMBERS. I regret signing up for this terrible company.
National Family Assurance works with none of the top 4 mutual companies. Why not? It is well known that mutual companies provide the best life insurance. all of the companies appear to be B-grade stock companies. What a joke.
