I understand the service is trying to get senior the best help for insurance needs, but after I let 5hem know that I had contacted my plan & I have what I need they have continued to call. I even answered once to let them know this. They are still calling & I have to block them. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They called all day & the following morning. As of this date they are still calling from various phone numbers. 👎

WARNING !!!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO THEM!!! THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU !! EXPECT DAILY CALLS ! DON'T EVEN BOTHER ASKING THEM TO REMOVE YOU BECAUSE THEY WONT ! I TRIED ! WHEN I EVEN ASKED THEM TO READ MY NUMBER BACK TO ME AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REMOVE IT, THEY JUST IGNORED ME AND HUNG UP ! THE CALLS HAVE NEVER STOPPED !! I BET I HAVE HUNDREDS OF THEIR NUMBERS BLOCKED ON MY SMART PHONE BUT THEY JUST KEEP CALLING WITH OTHER NUMBERS ! UGH !!!!

It has taken me nearly 2 years to get my application approved only to find out because of my age (73) I should not expect to get an A plus rating that would enable me to get my quoted and requested 10 year term policy for $500,000. Why was I not told this in the beginning??? Is this a common bait and switch model endorsed by Health IQ??? I feel you have discriminated against people older than 65. Granted I was offered a $250,000 10 year term as a substitute but why did this take so long ??? I am in the medical field and feel that this was unjustified. I could have spent the last several months searching other programs. Please have them return my application and medical reports... Read More

I have been trying to get confirmation of my policy that they told me was approved since October of 2019. I have emailed the CEO as well as many associates and agents. I continue to get the run around and not one person can resolve this. I had taken my lab work back in October. How do I get someone to resolve this

after going through their process, and even having a nurse visit my home for testing, I never heard back from them. even an email to their CEO generated no response. bad customer service and/or bad processes and wasted my time. not likely to be well run.
