your company sucks! We've had several treatments and the last one burned part of our lawn. I've called 4 times and you people say someone will come out to our home, but then no one shows up. Buyer beware! Do not do business with Weedman.
Weedman has been treating my lawn since Spring, my grass looks worse than when I do it myself, I have twice the amount of crabgrass and nutsedge has taken over my lawn! I am SOOOOOOOO disappointed and will NOT use them in 2021
This is a poorly run and dishonest service. They bill you for service not rendered and could careless about the the terrible service and lack there of .STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE !!

First, if there is a rating 0, I will give 0.
April, 2019, I started services with them, promotions on 6X $52 for 8 treatments. I got 7 treatments in 2019 (I thought that I got 6 but they said the first one included 2 treatments. Fine, I give them that) and 1 treatment in Jan 2020.
Now, they are charging me on the Jan 2020 treatment saying their treatment plan start beginning of the year. Also they want me to give them proof in an email where it says 8 treatments. There is no such email of course.
They tried really hard to keep me as a customer.
I will for surely not since I am furious with what they do to me and do not want to spend any energy dealing with them.
idiot manager who is rude to customers. I just asked how long the cheap signs planted in the ground along the sides of the road were gonna be there. They are an eyesore, and professional companies don't do that.
His reaction: just hung up on me. Figures
This lawn company will bill you for services they did not provide,
they apply your payment to a treatment that was never provided and then tell you you haven't pay for that month, when you prove to them that you did pay they will say that that particular payment was posted for another service (the one that never happened)... So you will always be one payment out. When you finally had enough and fire them they'll threaten you with sending you to a collection agency.
Stay away from this company.... Read at least some of the reviews they are a 2-3 star company at most and have lots of unhappy ex-customers.
I contracted with weedman in the spring of 2019. Went through 3 applications and noticed areas where weeds were not dying. I happened to be home to watch an application and only half of my yard received an application and even that area received a random spraying. When I called customer service I was hung up on, demeaned and laughed at for complaining. They made no attempt to admit an error or satisfactorily rectify the situation. I was even told I was lying. Is it possible to give less than zero stars? Very untrustworthy company
Our lawn has never looked better! Love that I am on a schedule and I don't have to worry about my lawn.
I know it is being taken care of. I receive an email when its done and I prepay for the year and forget it . That simple. Thank you.

i used this company last year and the results were just average, nothing like the fabulous things they advertise with their miraculous cutting edge products.
what pushed me to seek an alternate provider are the pushy sales people I've had the "pleasure" to talk with.
last but not least they come to your property the next year without a contract or without you calling them and then they want to be paid!!!
never again....
