Weedman, Denver Metro. The first time I reached out was via email. No response. The second time I called and left a message. A nice lady called me back but I couldn't stay on the phone because I had a meeting. She said she would call back...she didn't. I called a third time. The gentleman that I spoke to said someone would be by Wednesday or Thursday to give me a quote, in the gentleman said it would be the owner since he did the at home estimates (usually they try to give you an estimate using Google Earth which is difficult at my house since I live in a forested area on 10 acres). Weed Man Lawn Care of Roswell is horrible. #1 There technicians sprayed our hedges and killed them. They informed me other customers had the same issue. #2 They consistently lie and state they will correct the problem. Months later, no resolution. #3 They also give you the run around to cancel your account. I called, emailed and texted them to cancel the account in Jan ‘2021 because the weeds were worse. They ignored the request and sprayed in April and killed the hedges. More than a little ticked off with weed man service. Had multiple problems with them last year but decided to give them one more chance. When I came home today, my next-door neighbor's weed man lawn sign was up and nothing left in my yard. I thought it was odd that they did my next-door neighbor's yard and not mine. Nobody rang my doorbell or left any paperwork at my home. I looked online and saw that I got a notice that my lawn was done at 9:27 am by Curtis Caldwell. Which he claimed that he put down granular slow release fertilizer and that he recommended Aeration Lime and overseed. I guess that he didn't know that I have security cameras, which I reviewed. When I originally hired them 5 years ago, they were very reliable and responsive. My lawn looked great after 1 year of service. Eventually, the service started to suffer. After not meeting the application deadlines a technician he mentioned to me on how the business has grown and how inundated they were with service orders. The eventual lack of detail and horrible service cost me my good looking lawn and faith in this company. I'd rather do it myself!!
Really bad communication when I had their service. They laid seed when I wasn't home, didn't leave anything on my door or mailbox, or even an email. The seed burned up before I called to ask when they were coming to seed the lawn. Made promises they didn't keep, and billing was done wrong. There are too many better options, so I hired another company. Now they spam call me every other week from a different area code. Have asked them to stop, and they keep calling. I'm completely fed up with this company.
We requested an aeration service and terrible service - from trying to get an appointment scheduled to seeing our lawn get torn up to poor response from the local Nashville office to our complaints. The service rep said he would fix the damaged areas on the lawn before leaving --- his idea of repair was to just throw seed down. The supervisor came out, when we were not home, and has not followed up since

terrible customer service , they will lie and not keep any promises also admit sales staff will say anything to get you to purchase additional services, They destroyed 48,000 sq/ft of lawn then want me to pay to repair it.
Zero stars! I hired them last year for weed control. They did a terrible job. I called them 5-6x asking them to come out and provide weed remediation services because the weeds in my yard were terrible. They never showed up. I hired a new service this year, TruGreen, who have done a wonderful job. Weed man continued to bill me for services this year, stating they will keep coming. I have talked to multiple customer service reps, who just don't care. They have sent me bills and sent to collection for services that I told them I DO NOT WANT. Prior to me hiring Weed Man I did my lawn myself and my grass was green and healthy, however, it was very time consuming and a lot to manage. I contracted with this company for late spring-fall and my lawn is looks horrible. I have nothing but weeds now when I had healthy thick green grass before. They technicians that come out barely spray the yard and was at my home less than 10 minutes. They have also missed (2) scheduled appointments and was a no call no show both times. When I complained, I was told there was nothing they could do. As for the payments, they apply them to services not rendered and told me I still had a balance due?
