This is the only company I'm aware of that will actually a sign an investigator to restore your identity and hopefully lock up the people that had stole it! No other company does that they just give you a book in a papers to fill out yourself.

I am very happy to get notifications promptly however, I'm not able to give 5 stars because my credit score does not update as regularly as other services and shows as significantly lower and there does show an account in collections still which has been closed and resolved for sometime now. So I feel that some report are outdated.

Identity Guard® Identity Theft Protection review
I am disappointed in a couple things.
1.) My Credit rating has not changed since day one. It is 50 points lower then on American Express web site.
2.) I know I had two attempts to open credit cards falsely and was never notified from you.
Since I open this when a few cards, license and my Social Security number was stolen, I really was hoping for better.
Maybe nothing has happened, but I do not feel very secure.

In regards to our credit scores, Identity Guard uses CreditXpert. CreditXpert is used as a general educational score and not designed for lender decisions for mortgages and auto loans, so it can be slightly different in the results.

I have had this coverage for over 5 years and have been very happy with the quarterly reports and credit scores from all 3 bureaus. The cost is a bit more than some but less than others like Lifelock and it has more features and better independent ratings.

1+ Yrs >> My experience has been Some Good Peace OF Mind. My Consultant is Pleasant to Speak With and They Always Seem to go Out of The Way to Share Great Stuff that Adds to Protecting The Entire Family. I definately Think its Worth the Small Amount I pay 4 Monthly. No Contracts.

I'm have done lots of research on different id theft protection services over the years in an attempt to decipher the differences to determine the best one for me and my family and after understanding that Kroll backs and supports this product with full Restoration if we are victims, and learning who Kroll is, it was obvious that IDShield was the best choice. Very happy with my decision.
