Apps4Rent is a good company. I say this with a lot of conviction despite the recent rare downtime in years. They informed me properly about the downtime and they even went out of their way t make sure my data is perfectly well. Other providers would simply wouldn't care. Generally good.

I have been using Apps4rent since August and we have had nothing but problems the server crashes once a week, then is slow for days after right now I have been off for almost 24 hours which means paying employees to not work and having no access to our documents and programs. I would never recommend them to anyone

Apps4Rent is generally a reliable hosting provider who has extreme potential to grow in future. They need to keep their strategy strong and just continue what they are doing, because they are doing it really well. Even we had Exchange with them, and though there were some outages, they informed us that it is an intermittent issue and will be solved soon.And the issue itself was not that big as some people are making it. Maybe people from other competitors who want to tarnish Apps4Rent's reputation because it is giving them a run for their money. In the past several weeks we have had a bunch of outages. It appears the data store server goes down which affects OWA and the Outlook client. You attempt to contact them about the outage and they either don't answer due to chat times or call wait times being outrageous or they act like this is something new to them. Most of the responses within the chat client are automated and when you do get a live person either one the phone or chat they don't seem to have a clue when a real problem occurs like this. I use them for several small accounts and have decided that I cannot afford my reputation on who I recommend to have this poor of an uptime. Might be a little different if they owned... Read More

I have used Cloud Desktops for my QuickBooks installation. We have been using some other vendor in the past, but what attracted me towards Apps4Rent is its amazing price. $24.95 was just too good to be true. Now we are with Apps4Rent from I guess 5 months now, and I think Apps4Rent is better than my previous hosting company. Just my guess because no issues till now and everything’s fine.

Fast service, good tech support, but let down by terrible business ethics and very poor SPAM filtering compared to say Rackspace who use Cloudnet (almost zero false positives). I paid Apps4Rent to upgrade my account to a later version of Exchange. It involved moving to annual billing. I didn't notice that I was being double charged with the previous (and not used) version of Exchange still left active on my account. I requested refund or credit, they wrote saying it was my fault and subsequently despite tech support promising billing would contact me, they haven't. I moved to Rackspace. I was with Apps4Rent for many years. Service was dependable apart from the hurricane disaster... Read More

I have been using Hosted Exchange service from Apps4rent for 2 years now. So far the experience has been good and I am satisfied with the Service. I was using there Hosted Exchange 2013 plan and they seamlessly upgraded my account to Exchange 2016 without any data loss. The support is also good and my experience with the support has always been positive. The best part is they are available 24x7 which is good for the people like me who are in travel industry and E-mail is lifeline for my business. Hope they continue providing this great service.
