We went from a 1 page breakdown of how much we were paying per mailbox to a 4 page invoice that tells us nothing but totals. I feel that over the last year that Rackspace has started going downhill in terms of service offering. We have spf, dmarc and dkim all implemented and all Rackspace can also tell us is to block the ip and the sender from the message headers. Current Rackspace hosted exchange customer. The past six months our domains have been inundated with spam, phishing and malware. Most of it is old, known exploits. Rackspace has been passing this garbage unfiltered into our Inboxes. Worse, they have been no help in fixing the problem. When we get 500 malware messages a day, they tell us to "blacklist the senders domain" when they are all spoofed anyway. Useless. They have gone so far downhill I can't even describe it.
