Home Service Club Home Warranty review
I've had my microwave not work for some time now and kept forgetting to claim it with the home service club. They had replaced my dishwasher a few months back with a new stainless steel one that I selected after a technician deemed it unrepairable. I finally remembered to claim it and was expecting the same technician to be dispatched but Danielle called me afterwards offering to replace it without having the technician even go out. It was an old microwave as old as the dishwasher, original to the home, and it made sense not to waste the time and money on the technician despite him being a very good tech. She offered me a list of models and I selected a stainless steel one again to match he dishwasher and it was delivered and replaced and is making the kitchen come together more now, not to mention I can use it again and not have to use the stove.

Home Service Club Home Warranty review
Long and complex air conditioning claim just finally finished and we are very happy with the result and the attention we received. To make the long claim story short, we ended up replacing the outside unit with the new refrigerant system compliant with code and were able to convert the existing inside unit to the new refrigerant to woirk together. Saved us from having to take off the door and replace entire indoor unit which is in good condition and was installed few years ago but was still using the old refrigerant to match the old outside system. We did not know that was possible but apparently a metering valve can be added to some inside units and we had one that could. Warranty comopany helped a lot and made everything possible and took the time to explain and educate us on this so that we can make the decision we wanted. We ended up saving money and having a new system with all of the code compliant and modern specifications and it is working very well. It took about a week and a couple of days but we took some time learning and deciding and the installer was able to book us in for his next available spot once we made a decision. I can go on for some time going through all the details of the claim and and the service we received but this would be a very long review. We are very happy and relieved at the same time and highly recommend this service.

TotalProtect Home Warranty review
they covered my Ac system paying for a new unit. It was not easy as I would have liked but they covered a 5k expense . The co pay for repairs was 85 so you were not fast to call on something you could fix yourself. When they were called they did respond and had great tech who did a good job. I would even say the tech were outstanding not trying to sell up service. etc...My only complaint was cost of coverage and the cost of co pay. after experience another service I got a idea of value.

TotalProtect Home Warranty review
We had a refrigerator problem in our home in North Carolina, we live in New York but luckily our daughter lives around the corner. We went online to put in our claim and within minutes received a call back with a claim number and setup to GE repair through Sears. They came and fixed it on the days we needed and the time we wanted so she could be there and get to work on time. The whole process was so professional and devoid of problems that could have been an issue was handled smoothly. TotalProtect even called back to see if everything was repaired and if we needed any further assistance. We highly recommend this program to protect all your appliances worry free.

TotalProtect Home Warranty review
I've had pretty good experience with the company. I find that a lot of the companies in their database are very small and often not the best. One strong exception is a plumbing company I've used through Total Protect. They're excellent but I have to fight to get work assigned to them since the want to "rotate " among some losers in their database. I had a terrible experience regarding clothes dryer and finally gave up and bought a new dryer at my total expense. That is NOT the way this is supposed to work. I may change to AHS if things continue badly.

Home Service Club Home Warranty review
I am a proud member of the home service club for some time now and i am so happy. I have always received the best customer service and with my busy sech they always handle it all for me in a timely manor. Only thing for me to do is to be home to let techs in and the rest is done for me. With my old house that I grew up in and all the problems that happen due to age I am so happy that the home service club covers me and they always renew me. My last home warranty got rid of me the moment I expired and I only had two problems in a year (one they didnt cover because it was deemed pre existing). This company didnt do that to me and I was very greatful. After these couple of years with them and them almost replacing all of my appliances I can say I will stay with them forever. Even when not covered cause my sons basketball knocked my garage door opener off and broke it to pieces they got me a company that gave me the discount that they would give the home service club OOOO and the garage door company moved me up and gave me a sooner appointment time because I was a member of the home service club and we all know we need a garage door working. Thanks to everyone at the home service club.

Home Service Club Home Warranty review
We have been with The Home Service Club for a little over two years now and have had a couple of minuscule claims. All went well as they should have and we never had any complaints and never left any reviews. We, just recently, finished our first what I would call major claim. Heating stopped working and the house got cold quickly. It was one of those things which make you instantly nervous. But that was short lived. We were given a technician who came to the house right way and was exceptionally polite and confident in his abilities. A total of less than a couple of hours and a few trips back and forth to his truck, he replaced a few parts and everything was running again. He showed my husband what the problems were and left his business card for future maintenance work which we will be happy to hire him for. It has been a few days now and not a worry so far. We were notified by The Home Service Club to learn that the major repair was authorized and we were only responsible for our deductible just like on the previous smaller claims. We are both pleased with this as we were with the previous ones and it deserves taking a few minutes to write this feedback. You can call us satisfied customers.
