Are you kidding me? We have progressive home insurance. They use ASI as the people who deal with their claims. It is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. After literally 6 unreturned calls I still haven’t talked to the person assigned to handle our claim. We have a roof that is leaking in Oregon during the rainiest season. The adjuster told us they won’t be covering the leak after they okayed a separate company to come tear our carpeting up and left a hole in the drywall.So if that is the best insurance I don’t know what the other company’s must be like.
