I'm in the 45 day trial period. Just the first couple times I've noticed better hearing than my behind the ear model. They are dainty and look like they could break easily. So I have to becarefull. I'm not sure about the warrenty yet. But I will be inquiring about that and also lost aids.

I have been trying to contact your company with NO luck. I want to return your hearing aides. They hurt my ears, they don't stay in my ears right,plus they make my right ear hurt when their in there. Please call me so I can get them back to you 810 300 2865.
