I had such a horrific experience with this company trying to take advantage of my mother, an Alzheimers patient, that L.A Times reporter David Lazarus detailed my nightmarish experience in his May 4, 2021 column. Anyone considering doing business with this company should learn about and their deceitful, unethical business practices. https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2021-05-04/column-alzheimers-health-insurance

It's very difficult to get things done. To activate my new account, I put in the info and it froze my account. I went to call about it and I find 6 different phone numbers! With all of the scams going on today, now I start to wonder. I call one number and told them of my concern and they had no idea what was going on but that someone would call me back and straighten it out. That was two days ago! It has me very concerned and feeling like maybe I've been taken to the cleaners. Not impressed at this time!

Medical Mutual staff. They are terrible you can leave a message for them and You might hear back from them a week or so after you leave a message. NO ONE EVER answers there phones anymore. WTH???? all they want to do is take your money to. No one care if you have a pain or a hangnail, Just as long as you see your family Dr once a yr.
