The family-owned company was founded in 1946 and does business throughout Texas. The LeafGuard gutter system it installs is a seamless, one-piece gutter system that eliminates the need for any kind of cover.

LeafGuard came out and the Sales person spent two hours with us to give a quote. We paid half the cost and set a date. They came out as promised and set the stage. The install team said it was not possible to install the guards due to a door awning. Why didn’t the Sales person know this would be an issue. So we received our deposit back with no apology. We sent an email asking why two hours of our time was wasted by a sales person. You think the management team would apologize and send us the gift cards they promised. Nope no gift card no follow up at all. Very poor Leadership! We went with another company with great results and Leadership.
I agreed to have LEAFGUARD installed on my house. After the salesman left I noticed that there was a charge for $1,542.00 on the papers, which I had been told I wouldn't be charged. I called the man, Fred Brown, and was assured it wasn't going to be charged. Then the office called a few days later and wanted to change my installation date. I said no, so they agreed to go ahead and do the install. The day came and I waited until about 4 pm. I called and they didn't even know they were supposed to come out. We had Beldon LeafGuard gutters installed this year. Yes, they do keep leaves out of the gutter, since we are 88 yrs old this is a great benefit. When the salesman & installers were here we expressed our concern about flow of rain from dormers overflowing former gutters. We were assured that their gutters would handle it. Well since then we have have a couple real downpours, the gutters could not take the extra amount of water. That caused erosion of soil by the foundation. I e-mailed Beldon about this, but never received a reply.
We had an appointment at 6:00 pm today . Called the office at 6:30 pm and was told by person in the office that the salesman told her that something came up . No call no text nothing . We blew off our wedding anniversary that was today. We canceled and told the girl at the office we only deal with professional company s . I am a service manager so I know when you tell someone you will be there you show up or loose customers ,

MAJOR ICE ISSUES 2nd YEAR NOW AND THEY SAID TO USE HEATED WIRE TO STOP THE ICE ISSUES - WE DID AND NOW WE HAVE WATER COMING IN THE HOUSE.... SPENT OVER $10,000 AND WAS THE WORST INVESTMENT WE DID...

We just had our old gutters replaced. It was about time and anything was an improvement. Trever Phelan was the salesman and he really informative and friendly. The installation was today. Done today by Joe, Levi, Josh and Jarrett. They were right on time and quick at their job and friendly. We are happy with our experience all together. I'm so glad this review site has a 1/2 star option because I would choose 0 if possible. I got an estimate for gutters from these guys that was about 8X HIGHER than 3 of the other estimates I received. These people are crooks & lazy - trying to earn 8X their value per client so they have to work 8X less. These guys cater to elderly and have a great sales force to suck money out of the naive. Avoid this crooked company at all costs, unless you are up for a good laugh on the cost to do business with them.

We had our new Beldon gutters installed in December 2017, and only recently, realized that all the inside corners where the gutters were connected were leaking when it rains. We called September 13, 2018 and got an appointment for a representative/repairman (Kevin Henderson) to come out September 19, to fix the problem. Kevin realized what the problem was right away and fixed all four areas that were leaking. We have since had a lot of rain and so far there are no further leaks. Thanks to a well trained repairman like Kevin Henderson to know what it takes to be able to spot the issues and correct them.
Our gutter system was installed by Mike, Levi and Jerrite. They did a wonderful job, professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable!!! I could go on, but our bottom line is we are very happy and satisfied with their service. Thank you, Ron and Char Roberts
we have had wonderful experience with the company. The sales person was very informative. The installers that came were very efficient and quick. They also did a very good job of cleaning up.!
