Spirit Choice Plans give clients the option to visit any dentist of their own choice. It is known as a fee-for-service plan where policyholders are not limited to a pre-approved network of dentists. The insurance policy typically covers varying percentages of the usual and customary expenses while dental service reimbursements depend on the chosen provider. You’ll also save 25-50% with network savings when you visit an in-network dentist.

Up to three dental cleanings and two exams are covered 100% per year. It also includes coverage for major dental services with an annual maximum of up to $5,000.

How Does It Work?

Spirit Dental Individual Insurance offers every day effective dates so you can start your dental plan as early as the next day. Clients will receive an email confirmation following their enrollment to verify the information submitted. Enrollment may take 2 to 3 business days. And the policy usually arrives within 10 business days after the enrollment date.

Monthly premiums are based on several factors including coverage type, state of residency, elect vision, and whether the customer chooses a Network or Choice plan. Premiums can be deducted from the client’s savings account, checking account, or with any accepted credit card. The initial premium will be withdrawn within 3 business days of the policy’s effective date. Spirit Dental plans also include a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $25 which is charged at the time of purchase.

Spirit Individual Dental plans are backed with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Clients can cancel their plan in case they are not satisfied regardless of the reason. Premiums paid will be fully refunded provided there are no covered services rendered.
