Our Overall Rating: 4.3 / 5 (Excellent)
Despite their own legal difficulties in 2015, Lexington Law remains a trusted leader in the credit repair industry, offering highly-rated services that empower customers to improve their credit scores and achieve their financial goals. The firm and other Progrexion brands advocate for fair and accurate credit reporting for all consumers, while offering 24/7 monitoring, alerts, and expert advice, so you know exactly what items are impacting your credit and how. Since Lexington Law knows that every credit situation is unique, they provide personalized solutions that target five areas for improvement including medical expenses, student loans, divorce, identity theft, and military service. Consumers looking to repair or monitor their credit while receiving support services tailored to their individual financial situations will find Lex On Track an attractive, worthwhile solution.
Credit Score & Reports
Report Details and Frequency - 4 / 5
Lex OnTrack does not provide full credit reports, only credit report summaries and monthly credit score improvement analyses based on TransUnion data. Out of all their plans the only one that offers an actual credit score is the PremierPlus, which features a monthly TransUnion FICO score, but there is no option to receive three-bureau scores or full reports. Those interested in the firm's services should keep in mind that Lexington Law specializes in credit repair and not credit reporting, so the features included in their plans are mostly repair-oriented.

Lex On Track Plans & Pricing
Plans and Pricing - 4 / 5
Lex OnTrack does not offer free reports or trials for any of their service plans. Nevertheless, the company provides online resources and articles informing customers where and how they can get a free annual copy of their credit reports from each of the three main credit bureaus. Their plans are on the steep side when compared to actual credit reporting services, yet we must remember they cater primarily to people looking to remove negative entries from their credit reports, which is a step above simple credit monitoring services. Lexington's most affordable credit repair plan, the Concord Standard, is available for $89.95 a month and covers only the essentials of ethical credit report repair. The next service levels available are the Concord Premier plan for $109.95 a month and the Concord PremierPlus for $129.95 a month.

Monitoring and Extra Features - 5 / 5
Lexington Law Firm is no longer accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has no rating with the organization. The company's rating seems to have been removed due to legal problems with one of their secondary offices. According to the BBB, in 2015 Lexington Law of Maryland entered into a settlement agreement with the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation due to allegations that the business engaged in credit repair activities without holding the requisite licenses prior to rendering full services. Despite that fact, Lexington Law has overwhelmingly positive customer feedback on sites like Trustpilot.com, where they hold a score of 9.2 out of 10, based on 90% favorable reviews. The company also has a highly-rated smartphone application that allows users to view their monitoring alerts, current creditor actions, and credit reports on file.
