My husband and I had a warranty and cancelled it after being denied for a timing repair that was said to be do to wear and tear on a vehicle that had over 100,000 miles on it when we purchased the ONLY policy that we qualified for because of the AMOUNTS of miles on it... when I called to question what they expect from cars with these amount of miles on them, two representatives, Charles ( that wouldn't give me information to speak with someone other than him and was suppose to email us a denial letter within 2 business days on Dec 5th that we still haven't received to date) and Jon both said had no sensible explanation other that I'm not a mechanic... and Jon even said that we should... Endurance is giving me the run around and does not want to cover my transmission repair! On February 1, 2018(Thursday) I took my vehicle(2007 Nissan Murano) to my repair facility who diagnosed an issue with my transmission. Endurance sent out an inspector the next day(Friday) who drove my vehicle, felt the hesitation in the transmission, heard the noise and saw the diagnostic code that the repair technician found. I thought things were moving forward and my car was getting repaired. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not purchase a warranty from Endurance you will be wasting your money. I have now had two instances where my vehicle needed repair and Endurance denied it. These parts were listed under the covered parts list in the Endurance warranty booklet and they made every excuse as to why they wont cover the repair. Please do not waste your money on this company it is a true scam!
Endurance does not like to warranty high mileage vehicles directly, they outsource these vehicles to low rated 3rd party warranty companies without letting customers know during the call. My 2010 Honda Accord EX had about 73K miles and they outsourced the warranty to Interstate National Dealer Services, which denied my claim over $83.00. Endurance did not inform me during the call that they are farming my service to a third party... Watch out!! Have had endurance for 8 months.put in a claim for a air pump that made my 2012 tundra check engine light come on and 4 lo light flashing. 3 days later a rep shows up at garage saying water got into it and denied the claim as a "act of god" now I am into it for $2000 plus the 6 days of car rental waiting for them to inspect claim.
First off, their phone reps know zero, cam provide quotes based of of regurgitated info from a screen. Monkeys inputing data, to spit out data to you. Could not tell me in specifics if the stock turbo was a covered item. Secondly, company refuses to warranty range rover. Not worth my time, and judging by other reviews where this company has cheated paying customers, I'd say I dodged a bullet by owning a range rover.
I purchase an extended warranty from endurance and when it was time to use it to have my transmission fixed they denied the claim that is not a good company to do business with.I have all the paperwork needed to go to court.
Hey Brad (Endurance rep) why is it you only follow up positive feedback with a comment and don't follow up with the negative feedback? I think we all know why Brad, because the negative feedback is true and you can't deny that.
I previously wrote a review in regard to the endurance extended warranty company. I WROTE a bad review on Endurance.Since then I have been contacted by John at Endurance.He explained that they write for interstate ins. Company too if your vehicle does not meet their criteria to be covered by them. . Because my vehicle did not meet their criteria for them they where 3rd party and wrote me a policy with Interstate ins. He has made things right as far as Endurance goes since then. I have nothing but good remarks for him and Endurance! I just wished I could have taken a policy out with Endurance!
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM ENDURANCE. I purchased a coverage program on April 20, 2017. It had a 30 day/1000 mi waiting period. After driving over 5000 miles (and well over the 30 days) my check engine light came on. I took it to a local repair shop and received a P2004 code. Intake manifold stuck open. I turned in a claim that was denied. They stated that it happened due to a carbon build up. They also told me that my repair facility told them the mode of failure. They never told them the mode of failure, in fact Endurance didn't want to hear what the mechanic had to say. Endurance told me it was denied, period! I had an emergency and called endurance warranty. Eddie had a positive attitude and found a towing company nearby and gave me roadside assistance number. Very helpful!
I had great experience with Endurance. My car broke down yesterday and I towed it to my mechanic, we reached out to Endurance to find out if the repair is covered and it was. The mechanic is fixing my car now and endurance will pay him directly, I only have my deductible. I'm so happy I purchased extended warranty, it really saved my money!
I have Endurance coverage on my Honda and I'm very happy with their customer service.
I submitted a request for info on the extended warranty, can't get an email, phone or a pidgeon for a response. If that's the response time on an inquiry, I would hate to see what they do when you need their services.
Very happy with the service I received today. Highly recommend this warranty company.
I have a 2008 Camry and after a not-so-great experiences with shopping for warranties and the dealership trying to sneak it into my monthly payment, I have to say that finding Mat at endurance changed my experience for the better. Having all of this assistance has come in handy alone so it’s definitely worth it! Used my policy twice and it was very easy.
If you’re looking into saving money go with these guys. Couldn't make my monthly and all I had to do was call and they could help you with anything you could possibly need. They are that good. I was really impressed with endurance and how easy this all was!
