They provide healthcare sanctions checks, where they will verify if any applicants in the healthcare industry have had sanctions imposed by regulatory agencies. GoodHire also has an Ongoing Alert system, where employers can monitor their employees' records to see if any additional records are found or added. This last service has special FCRA requirements, so GoodHire also provides compliance assistance to make sure everything you do is above board.
GoodHire also has a web platform that allows employers to get electronic consent from the applicant, and the applicant to provide information to make sure the report turns up the correct records. All of this helps clients comply with the FCRA and avoid trouble later on.
Depending on the amount of verifications required, reports can be available within 1–3 business days. This is in addition to the initial one-day account verification process, which GoodHire must perform to make sure the person requesting the check is part of a legitimate business and not an individual.
