Horrible customer service--no response. Don't count on a ship date either, as I've been told 3 different dates within a 3 week period, and still have no ship date or product. Do not invest in this.

Really difficult to place orders, the client services personnel is very nice but can't seem to figure out how to help me place an order for a voucher that I received by mail. At the end, it looks like false advertisement. I have ordered from the company before, so at the beginning it's a great service to retain you. I received a voucher and was unable to use it, unfortunately. I will continu buying from my usual store because there was no added value.

WARNING! Do not do business with this company! The shipments and customer service are awful! First of all, they ship the wines in the heat of the summer without any concern to how the hot temperatures affect the quality of the wine. They also do not provide accurate information about when the wine will ship. They send an email saying it will arrive on a certain date and it doesn't actually arrive until weeks later. On one shipment, I selected specific wines. They substituted half of the shipment with a "Tribeca Film Festival 2017" wine (a cheap wine that was clearly something that they needed to get rid of). I have been a member for about 5 years. The first year was for the Discovery Club, where the wines averaged about $13 a bottle. I decided I needed to drink better wine and moved to the Premier Club. At $20 a bottle average, the selection has been wide and interesting, which is what a club should provide. It is also a good value as many wines in a case are worth much more. (I think their prices are high, though, when purchased individually.) I have found a lot of very good wines from them. The comments about delivery that others have made are apt. I ordered the WSJ membership as a gift for my father. Because it was under his name, although I set it up, it was with my email, my credit card, and even had my information as well as a message that said "Happy Birthday Dad" on the order, this company refused to cancel. They could obviously tell that I was the owner of the membership, and even said on the phone that what I had probably done was leave a pre-selected box that copied the Shipping address over to the Billing Address. Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys. Awful customer service reps who lie to you. Incredibly long shipping times (if your order ever ships at all). I so wish I hadn't gotten taken in by this scam of a company. I plan to open a fraud case with the attorney general and report them to the BBB.

Surprised that WSJ would lend its name to this fraudulent operation. Tried to order a case of wine to arrive on Valentine's Day. Nothing on their website could let the user know, that by ordering a single case of wine, you are enrolling in a "Membership" with recurring payments. This is pure consumer fraud. If you try to print the website pages, it will not print the image, but instead pops up a lengthy and one-sided contract(!) that was hidden from anyone who was simply interacting with the website and not printing it. I've been a member for 3 years. Most of the time they deliver decent wines at a reasonable price. On average they tend to be too expensive, but then there is the convenience factor. Customer service is okay at best. They are very good and quick to charge your credit card, but now I am waiting for over 2 weeks for a wine I paid for that long ago. No shipment appears to be in progress... I have had other bad experience with slow/incomplete customer service. Overall, I rate them a B-. Right now I am shopping for a different wine club.
