Winc’s membership program gives customers early access to upcoming wines in their collection with exclusive membership pricing. Members have a say in what kind of wine they receive and which ones they would rather not have again. They receive a monthly delivery containing 3-4 bottles with no shipping costs on orders of 4 bottles or more. Taxes and additional fees may apply depending on the size of the order and shipping address. Consumers can cancel or skip shipments anytime with no additional charges. 

Shipment

Customers can purchase as many or as few bottles of wine as they wish from the Winc site. Shipping charges depend on the size of your orders, but if you order 4 bottles or more, free shipping is included in your order.  If you order less than 4 bottles, you'll be charged a flat rate of $9.

Winc has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning that if you're not happy with a bottle in your box they will send a different one, no questions asked.

Be very careful buying wine from this company ,, They are a scam ,,,,I bought the wine from a third company Called Stack Social and it automatically put me into a membership witch I was not aware of the membership and charged me months of money and they wont refund so as soon as you put your card in its goes strait to a membership,, never even drank any of the wine .. Unprofessional and lack skills on dealing with customers and Satisfaction they are a scam.....0 STARS

How is this company almost 5 star when the comments are all negative? Unable to use my gift card. The system says to contact customer service which by the way is impossible!

I actively ask people not to buy me gift cards to this site because they automatically enroll you into a monthly membership, then make it impossible to cancel. With a $60 gift card I paid $3 out of pocket to cover shipping on 4 bottles of wine, and I honestly don't believe it's even worth the $3 to deal with these people.

This company will charge you long after you cancel your membership. They make it near impossible for you to contact them. Look at the complaints against them on the Better Business Bureau website. There is many others just like me. They are scammers

ec'd a gift cert for the December holidays. Tried to redeem it in early January. Inventory choices were very low. Tried again in late February. Unless you became a member, the wine prices were o.k., not great. The main issue arose when trying to buy bottles of wines to stay within the gift cert dollar amount. You can't redeem the certificate for less than 3 bottles. Which, with shipping and taxes, will take you over the introductory $60 certificate value. So, now, you're paying for a gift. Ridiculous. The customer service person I spoke to was super helpful and patient. Unfortunately, she was given an inflexible and club-membership driven customer service I.T. platform to work with.... Read More

SAVE YOURSELF AGREVATION, AND STRESS, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WINC WINES. Two years ago I was a member of their wine club and found their wine mediocre at best. I also found very poor support on their web site. I cancelled my membership. This time, 2021 for New Year, I was given a gift coupon and when I tried to redeem it they charged my credit card instead of redeeming the coupon. The only time they responded to an email is when they gave me vague instructions on how to redeem the gift coupon. Since then they have failed to cancel my order, have not responded to over 6 emails, will not answer their phone, have charged my CC for an order they refused to cancel, and give you no way... I have tried to cancel so many times and ways without success that I finally called the bank to change my card number and file a complaint. I have been "shipped" 5 boxes of wine per my credit card statement. However other than signing for the initial box I have never received another. I have called and the phone due to Covid seems to be not working. They have an on line chat feature which does not work. I emailed and after 6 emails of back and forth which say cancel my order they still cannot figure it out. When I log into my account it is confusing and no place to track my orders. Very poor selection of wines. They owe me over $ 100 or so and I tend to doubt I’ll get it back. Can’t order wines as their meager selection is sold out. A merchant to avoid

This wine club is more trouble than it's worth. My husband gave me a gift card for our anniversary and it's incredibly difficult figuring out how to redeem it. Why is this so hard? It seems like it's a trap to get you to sign up for an ongoing membership. We've spent many hours combing the website and talking to customer service and we STILL don't have our wine. This better be some damn fine wine. I will NEVER use this service again.

Haven't received my wine yet, but I am very unhappy with the website. I only ordered from them because I received a gift card. It is extremely difficult to find where to enter the code to redeem your gift card (have to go to Account Settings and find the box that says redeem a gift). This is NOT explained on the gift card or on the website anywhere that I could find. They don't provide a phone number without going through the FAQ where I found it as a link under a question about why you have to cancel your membership by phone or email.
