I have shopped online from this store for years. I've spent (for me) quite a lot. They have good products. However, yesterday, at 2 pm, I ordered some items on sale. Today, at 10:51 a.m., they wrote and said my credit card had expired. I checked the web site, and it only had one card on file, which was current. They obviously used an old card. I called to give them the new card number, again, and they said everything was fine. Then they emailed and said I would have to pay full price for the order because the sale was over. I would rate WL higher if they gave their customers a way to comment on the wines they promote because occasionally they push a real klunker .... unfortunately they provide no way for one to lodge a complaint/review of the dud wines . This is disrespectful and inconsiderate to their customers .
