If I could leave 0 stars I would! The wine I received was horrible. When I contacted them to cancel my account, they refused to unless I first purchased a case of wine. I did not read their fine print correctly when I ordered the sample kit, which states you agree to the tasting kit AND buying a full case. I refuse to give them any more money, but said I would pay the difference of the tasting kit price from the 9.99 promo price I received. They refused! They have the worst customer service, and I will NOT give them any more of my money. Ridiculous.

Overall, my experience was not great. I tailored my first order then received notice that my order had shipped only to notice that none of the wines I had selected were in that order - my entire order had been changed without notice. I tried to contact customer service 3 times over an 11 day period and did not receive any response. After another week and a half, I emailed to ask about their guarantee (since I did not like the first bottle that I tried) and received no response. After another 8 days, I emailed to cancel my subscription and received notice 5 minutes later that it was cancelled.

I've been calling and calling to close out this account as their website has been down a month. Terrible.

I have been emailing service for days with no response. I received my kit but am unable to log into the website. No response to my plea for help. A person finally answered the phone and told me it was glitch that would be fixed by the next evening. He was less than polite. Glitch is not fixed and I am still unable to login - or cancel. Will need to go through my bank to cancel.

This company does not care about their customers and they could care less if you got the wine you wanted, they will ship bottles before you even review which ones you like. I am making it my personal mission to tell everyone how they are scammers!!!

The wine is awful and I would not recommend. Also, it was difficult to cancel the subscription and required emailing and calling multiple times. When I spoke with the staff, they were extremely rude. You are better off buying from your local liquor store.
