I wish I could give them 0 stars. do not waste your money or you will get substandard items or food that is worth pennies on the dollar and you could probably buy they in a dollar store yourself. That is IF you even get a box! Do your research, and go with a club that is on several of the top gift box subscription lists.

Horrible experience! Paid a ridiculous amount for a monthly subscription only to find out that my dad never received it. Upon contacting the company, they emailed me that due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot ship my order at this time, nor could they tell me when they would be able to ship it. No explanation, no reason whatsoever. You cannot contact this company by phone, you can only email them. When I pressed them for more information, they said they were under new ownership and litigation was holding things up. They then canceled my order, without telling me, and refused to call me in regards to my order even though I asked him several times. Worst customer service experience... Read More

I received a gift of monthly scotch shipment for a year, the first months shipment never arrived, the 2nd months was delayed and so was the 3rd and 4th month. Support would make promises that the shipment would arrive any day but soon i realized these were just false promises. The monthly charge of $100 would have been acceptable had the scotches that were shipped been at least of a $50 value. out of the 4 shipments i received before i canceled the subscription, the most expensive bottle was a bottle of Laphriaig 10 ($40). All of the bottles shipped where common scotch brands easily found in any liquor store. in essence you are paying someone $100, to ship you a $30-$45 scotch once a... Read More

My husband order one year of different gifts to be shipped on a monthly basis as a Christmas gift to me.First, most of the gifts have been absolutely substandard for the price paid and 4 times now we have had to call them to ask when the gift would be coming because they did not show up in the allotted month. They always have always been polite when we call but there is always an excuse. Very dissatisfied.

Beyond disappointed in the embarrassing,pitiful cheese shipments sent by clubsgalore. They claim that gourmet cheeses from around the world will be sent....well my daughter received 3 bricks of cheese from walnut creek based in Ohio. Colby jack, mild cheddar and mozzarella. Each tiny brick retails at about 3.00. Meanwhile I paid almost 50.00 per shipment. The other 2 shipments equally embarrassing. The last shipment had wine cheese with the 3.50 price tag still on it...and cracker cut cheddar. Laughable! Customer service is beyond horrible. The owner Ruben promised to make it right and refund my money. He said he would send 3 more shipments of cheese and 3 antipasto. ..none of this... Read More
