Like all VA loan products, Fast Forward VA loans are guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This makes them different from a traditional mortgages in many respects. With traditional mortgages, a downpayment of less than 20% will usually require Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). VA loans will not require this; therefore, the monthly payment will be less. Additionally, in some cases, VA loans require no downpayment at all and have lower interest rates that are ordinarily available with traditional loans.

In terms of the application process itself, Fast Forward employs an easy to use online form where customers can begin. A banker will then contact the applicant to assist them through the process.
