Don’t recommend if your situation is complex! We tried 2 different Case Managers, and they weren’t true strategists. They were unable to think outside the box to offer solutions. They lacked empathy in a BIG way. They asked for the same documents repeatedly, often didn’t return calls, didn’t have all the numbers correct for estimates, etc. Go with another company, even if it costs more! Trust me!
I experienced terrible customer service from Tax Tiger. Every time they contacted me it was asking for stuff I already sent them or they just flat couldn't remember anything about my account/situation. I would send paperwork to one person and they never communicated with each other. I got asked for information for items we had already filed through them multiple times. Never listened to what I was trying to do or really answer my questions. I wasted a lot of money using them to handle this stuff for me. And slow...
