very disappointed, provide all the info to get taxes done , long delay and promises. charge every month no results still waiting............

Even after promising they could help my wife with tax penalties and the impending garnishments that go with it, we are still being garnished. We call to setup our payments with StopIRS and even to this day they keep taking our money before our agreed upon date. No one returns ourbphine calls we are constantly being promised things and like getting a pair of socks for Christmas, we are being let down
