SCAM operation Extremely high upfront fees with unrealistic promises. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism and overall incompetence. DO NOT employ these folk to advocate on your behalf. Better to deal directly with IRS I provided 1 star due to that being the lowest possible rating.

This company is fraudulent. Their upfront charge is three time higher than other companies and they use sub contracted companies to handle the job. My assigned sub contractor said she was not able to do what Justice Tax said they could. Very slick on the phone, very unavailable for follow through. Be very aware before you give them your money. Shop around.

Justice Tax failed to provide timely information and feedback initially. Upon notification that there was a tax against me they went silent for more than 2 months and simply said, "Call when you receive the tax lien notice". They failed to follow-up when requested saying just wait made it necessary for me to take other actions.
