I just tried to do the chat feature and ask a question about filing a state return to NY state when I am a resident of Florida. I just went through an entire program with a competitor tax site, got to the end and it said I couldn't submit the form for non-residents state tax. So, I was asking the chat representative this question up front. He didn't get it, gave me the wrong answer "there is only one state form'. Um, no there isn't-there is a form for residents and a form for non-residents but obviously they'd both use the same data. your service is terrible you screwed up both my federal and state taxes and no refund filed in february am still waiting in july have called many times and only get a bunch of dingalings that say taxes are pending had to hire an accountant at $140 per hour to straighten this mess out but i suppose you will still want your $400 fee
