Not completely finish the installation project. I have called Home Depot several times about their unfinished project. I was transferred and transferred and then told that some one will contact me, but no one contacted me. The window exteriors have been open for bugs, dirt and rain for two months.

How is their rating 5 stars when there are so many complaints?? We ordered windows in February and the installer came out in April just to say that they ordered incorrect sizes. No call from HD since. I have tried calling twice but no return calls. I will get an attorney if I need just so we can get our $2200 deposit back!

Ordered windows and patio doors in September. Windows and doors were installed in January. We are almost in May and I have still not received the screens or the locks for the patio doors. The worst part of that is I call and leave messages and no one gets back to me.

New Windows from Home Depot was the worst experience, No Service or call backs. took 6 months to get & I'm still missing a screen. DONT USE THEM!

We paid to have new windows in November of 2020, its mid March of 2021 and we are still waiting for our windows to be installed. Our house is less than 900 sq ft so there aren’t that many windows. I feel Home Depot ripped us off after we signed the contract 🤬

We had a great experience with Home Depot. from the first in-store conversation, the sales experience (very knowledgeable and NO pressure), the price (much better for the same product from the top "name brand"), the installation (flawless), the final appearance and added comfort. Best warranty, lifetime really means lifetime! Highly recommend

We had nothing but problems and broken promises with Home Depot. We replaced sliding glass doors and windows. They were expensive because they were oversized however the salesman sold us on the belief that Home Depot stands behind its products and want repeat customers so although they are a large box store they care about the consumer. We should have known better. Home Depot called on the day of the installation to check how the install was going and however the installers never showed. All the sales person could say throughout the entire process was that Home Depot is well within the contract. Once the installers showed up they wore no mask. I have had nothing but problems with the Home Depot windows and doors people. On Sept. 1 we met with a salesman to order windows. He returned Sept. 2 to complete the sale. On Sept. 4, the "official" measurements were completed. We were told 28 days was the timeline. I called the salesman for an update on Sept. 25, and he claimed he never met with me. I have 3 sales receipts, a bill from the credit department, and the jobs are listed on their project website in my name! After talking with his manager, I was told the windows and door would be in the following week. After 2 weeks, I called again. Now it will be "several" weeks. Do not buy Milgard windows through Home Depot! We had our entire upstairs replaced by Home Depot using Milgard Tuscany series, 9 windows at a cost of over $7200! We have 28 windows in our house and was replacing in phases, when we went to call to start the second phase they told us they hadn’t saved all our measurements, this after someone was at our house for over 4 hours! So I contacted Milgard directly and had someone come and measure the remaining 19 windows, well I was completely speechless, to replace the remaining 19 windows was $7900! Almost what Home Depot charged us for 9 windows! And the direct quote from Milgard included all our largest windows! Home Depot completely ripped... Read More

The whole project, from start to finish was handled professionally, from a “no pressure” sales visit to a top of the line installation. When we had questions, our salesman steered us in the right direction to get the best answers, then acted as our advocate when some financing questions arose. Likewise, our installers were courteous and efficient and showed the value of their experience in window installation. The work was completed in two days, with a perfect match to the exterior siding, perfect interior finishing and perfect cleanup at job completion.
