My significant other and I applied and were approved for a personal loan through LightStream, a division of SunTrust. We used the loan for debt consolidation of our credit card balances, we were loaned $30,000 plus $105.70 doc stamp fee for a 5 year term at 13.34% interest with monthly payments equal to $690.25. The loan was funded 5/15/18. We made our first payment 6/26/18 for $150, which was applied toward interest only, this payment was in excess of the monthly payment which was made on 6/28/18 for $690.25. On October 24, 2017 I filled out an online application. The application took me about 10 minutes and by 11:58 I had the short form completed and sent electronically to LightStream. At 12:40 pm (same day) I got a phone call from LightStream asking for a slight clarification. By 12:48 the loan was approved and by 2:15 pm the same day the money had been deposited in my account. The process was as fast and easy as any loan procedure I've ever taken part in. From application to funding took less than 2.5 hours. They were so amazing!! Very easy to apply with not a lot of work to provide documents. We received our loan in less than a week after sending documents! The money was in our account in just a couple of days with options of when we wanted our first payment ( more than 30 days if needed). The interest rate for this personal was the best we have had! They were right when they guaranteed $100 if it's not the best loan experience!!
