SCAM company they sent you third party movers trucking. I made reservation since April to have te service reserved by June 22. Driver arrives until 24. Driver showed up not in compliance and they refused to use mask putting in risk all family members, Driver with arrogant and very bad attitude, the worst is that driver asked for 2200 usd additionally outside of the agreement. At the end driver left because I refused to pay 2200 usd extra"ridiculous " I wasted so much time and their terrible customer service told me within 2 hours will provide a solution and it passed 3 hours ad I had to call back and the person left for the day. Do not use this company , it is a marketing scam . I reserved with Madison Van Lines and they moved me to another company - fortunately I figured it out and canceled. They are not honest and they are a broker and the company is not Pro Movers that is a marketing ploy - look them up for yourselves on the Department of Transportation Website and do NOT let them send you "links" as they may be fake websites.
