I contracted Supreme Moving and Storage for a move from Ohio to California. They picked up my goods on August 20th, with a first available delivery on August 25th. It is not October 25th, and after several promises that my goods were "in transit", several days taken off from work with statements from the company that the delivery would happen on a specific day, I am still without my goods. I only recently found out that my goods were NEVER loaded onto their truck to begin with, and someone lied and said I signed for and accepted delivery of my goods. Turns out, the FMCSA has revoked this company's license to operate, and they are not permitted to operate currently. You can find this... Read More

Stay away from this fraudulent business. Their office is still open but according to FMCSA they are supposed to be out of service. Go to the dot.gov website and search this company! https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/SearchDetails.asp?ads=a&id=31422723&id2=32639917&f=lan%3DEN%26search%3D5%26ads%3Da%26state%3DIL

I contacted them and spoke to Brad Vargas. I thought he was doing me a favor by educating me as to common scams used by movers. He directed me to a DOT site and explained some of the things and said to beware of companies because they'd load everything and then explain that the estimate had underestimated the amount of cargo. He also assured me repeatedly that the moving vans and movers were Supreme employees and the service would not be sublet. On moving day, a Portland based moving company picked up my stuff and loaded it at an extra cost of $1300. I specifically asked if they worked for Supreme and was told that they were sublet out by Supreme. I tried to call Brad back and got... Read More

Stay away from this company. I have had horrible personal experience plus gathered over 3 dozens of cases as well: cases like mine, or did have the move but never had belongings delivered, or have belongings severely damaged, etc. FYI, two police departments from the state of IL and NJ have already confirmed the two addresses on the company’s website that those addresses are not registered under the company. So you know who you are dealing with now?

The 5 star reviews are fake, and you can check for yourself by going to the BBB website. This company sent movers to my house who informed me that packaging fees were not included in my estimate which was true, however, Colin (the salesman who can talk you into anything) told me we would have free packing. Because it wasn’t on the contract he said we had to pay him $700.00 cash. We started taking off items because we couldn’t afford it, and he finally settled $350.00. The movers complained about having to do such a small job and then made sure we knew they worked off tips which seems more likely where our $350.00 went. The only reason we paid them the cash is because we had to be in... Read More

Our experience with Supreme has been miserable, and we strongly encourage everyone to use a different company. Our pick-up was a disaster. We stated we needed to be out by the 31st, a Monday, and were told it would be no problem to schedule a pick up for Saturday. We got one brief confusing call on Friday, but nobody showed up on Saturday. Or Sunday. We called and called but didn't get through until Monday. That day, with excuses that the driver had mechanical problems, we were told someone would arrive by Monday afternoon. When nobody arrived on Monday, we had to extend our lease and change our flights, at significant expense. The pick up finally happened on Tuesday. Supreme's... Read More

Fraudulent bait and switch company. My original estimate from Kevin was $5700. This was in keeping with the move we'd made three years ago. I specifically asked if they are the actual movers and that they don't contract the move out to someone else. Kevin said yes. I asked if our household belongings would stay on the truck. Kevin said yes. I had to lay $2000 to lock it in. So I felt good about the move. However, 5 days before our move, Johnathan Bailey, their "quality assurance" guy, jacked up our estimate to $12,000 after we did a room-by-room inventory. I asked Johnathan why didn't Kevin do this with the first estimate, because if he had and come back with a quote of $12,000, I... Read More

BUYER BEWARE of SUPREME MOVING AND STORAGE. We are currently waiting on shipment of our household goods picked up on 7/19 in California to move to Boise, Idaho. We were given a very persuasive sales job by Gina. The first shock came when our possessions were picked up by a very good crew headed by a "Caesar", only to find the price was now $5,000 OVER the estimate. We had no choice but to sign off and pay the new amount due at pick up. Our household goods are apparently in Pasadena, CA. In addition, an entire lot of boxes were left behind and despite immediately calling and emailing, the items were never picked up and we had to get them into a new storage unit and begin shipping the items... *BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Don't believe the positive reviews for this company, I am convinced they are fabricated by employees of this company. I booked a move from Northern Ca over 1 month in advance. I actually chose this company over others d/t the initial pitch from Colin who walked me through what to look for when choosing a company, he actually had the nerve to point out all of the ways that a person might be scammed on with moving companies- basically foreshadowing what was to come for me. Being totally moving company naive, I sent them a deposit of $1374- the contract does say 'non-refundable', which in hindsight I should not have agreed to and am being told by LEGIT companies...
