THE ABSOLUTE WORST. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do not use if you want to have your things arrive on time (even within weeks), undamaged and within the price you were quoted. Oh and if you want to be treated with any kind of respect or general courtesy or common decency. My experience emphasizes the MANY (!!) 1 star REAL reviews here. Do not believe the fake ones which were probably written by staff to help with the numerous awful (true) ones. I was overcharged (by a LOT - almost double) throughout the process, despite being reassured on the day I gave the deposit that I had probably over estimated and would receive a refund. Ha. Terrible experience. When I contacted them, they acted friendly and insisted they are military friendly. They gave me a really competitive estimate and a military discount. Then, they asked me for a $1,000 down payment. Everything seemed fine, and they acted very responsive, however, things started to change about a week leading to the pick-up date. They sent me an email telling me they needed to do one more review to make sure everything was good to go, before sending the final estimate to their movers. We went over the estimate, and now they were a few items that were not considered at the beginning, such as the frame of my queen size bed. I accepted, it seems like a reasonable mistake.... *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* They prey and take advantage of military families. Their estimates are not accurate even when a step-by-step recording is provided over the phone. They are shady and do not include a lot of items necessary for moving in their estimate (such as moving blankets that belong and stay with the movers). Then, it took them three weeks to receive a call back when the estimate DOUBLED in price the day the movers came to pick everything up (which was also a day late). Customer service is abysmal as Jaime (male) called to yell at us and say the movers would not lie (they added stuff in the master packing list to charge more as it was a military move-there is incentive to do... Do not use this company. Extremely dishonest and straight out lied. Priced my home based on my listing pictures and when the moving company showed up which was third party it was completely wrong. 7800$ job turned into a 11600 job. Do not use them.
It has been a very difficult move . It has been 51 days and I may just get my furniture today. I have called endlessly to find out where my furniture was and almost 100% of the time, they never called me back with information. I had to go to Florida for a court appearance and did not have the information to have someone available for delivery. The dispatcher of the company who now has my furniture called with less than 24 hours notice and I was flying home that day and could not land in time so I needed the next day delivery. They want an extra 4000 for this. Absolutely never a call back with information about the delivery or location of the furniture. I would NEVER use them again.... Read More
