At first I felt comfortable with the company but once my stuff was in their hands it snowballed into a terrible experience. I still don't know what company actually moved my things from NYC to Colorado, but they couldn't even tell me where my moving truck was during the process. I received false confirmation about a company receiving my shipment in Denver just to be told 2 hours later that it was actually not there and I would have to wait extra days. All in, it took 24 days to receive my things, 14 of which was them just sitting in a warehouse in NY. I cannot advise you strongly enough to NOT use this company and would advise some form of regulation against their terrible service. 1. Dealt with about 5-7 different people all with different company names. Nobody was on the same page and zero communication between them. No coordination happened as I spent hours and days on the phone with these people. 2. Got treated horrendously by co-ordinator. No customer service whatsoever, I told her numerous times on calls & emails exactly when I needed the move done by, I was called a liar saying I didn't but had written confirmation of such that I sent 4 days prior to the delivery. 3. We hired Mayflower for a long distance move. The estimate wasn't cheap but I had a good experience with Mayflower long ago. When moving time came we paid the company 14k in advance and my wife explained to me we would have many choices of delivery dates. She explained to Mayflower this was important because I am working and she is out of state. They called me out of the blue at 8:15 am at work one morning saying they were at the house. I said I wasn't expecting them. They lied to me saying I had agreed on a time earlier.
