Our belongings from our previous residence in Aurora, CO arrived at our new home in Katy, TX a full day ahead of schedule. Additionally, the packing process was quite professional. This excellent outcome was reached through outstanding coordination among our movers and coordinators, and deserves nothing less than a 5-star review.
Our relocation experience was quite pleasant and easy. The movers were quick, completing the move on schedule and providing excellent service. Their real respect for consumers and commitment to their profession distinguishes them. If additional organisations in the industry followed similar criteria, movers' reputation would improve. I hired them to transport my two-bedroom flat from Boulder, Colorado to Lansing, MI.
This is the worst company I could imagine. This was my first move and I feel like I was taken. I didn't know they were a broker because they acted like they were the mover. Then I found out it was a different company that did the moving. None of them spoke English and they wanted cash for all their services. I had missing items and a bunch of broken items. When you call Amerisafe they either don't answer or they send you somewhere else. I don't think they were cheaper than any either. There are a lot of hidden costs so I think I paid more than other companies. Just be ware of this company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do your research on other sites before you make the mistake I made in hiring them. My original quote was very reasonable and verified twice for the amount of furniture and boxes being moved. The day the truck arrived, the movers told me the quote was wrong and they said I owed over $7000 MORE. I was stuck because I had to move that day. They quote low and you are stuck on moving day paying A LOT more than you anticipated. I did more research after the fact and found that MANY other people have had the same experience with this company. Take my advice and RUN the other way. AmeriSafe Moving is the worst business I've ever dealt with. My original quote was for around 3,200. I ended up paying them over 6500-- AND let me be clear, I don't own that much stuff. We're talking about ONE bed, TWO dressers, 4 tables, and a couple chairs + boxes. Everything that could possibly go wrong, went wrong. Movers showed up at a different time than they said they would. Watching them handle my stuff was horrible-- careless, banging into walls, etc. They also showed up at the drop-off location at a different time than they said they would. do not book this company. nightmare thieves. If you work with conner... dont. They lie cheat and steal. Illegally transferred my items to 2 companies that I never agreed to work with who also sucked. Customer service at amerisafe is nasty and conner is a liar. Aiden is a bitch and a karen and now im going to small claims court because these people lost 8 boxes of mine worth thousands of dollars. And they took 33 days to deliver it which is unheard of. Earlier this week, I posted a one star review centered on a very bad experience with an Amerisafe sales rep. The rep’s supervisor (Mr. Reagle) then called me to apologize about my experience. Mr. Reagle was a prince about the entire matter! I am posting this five stars review because I just cannot figure out how to delete my first review and want to bury it with this review. I so wish I had used Amerisafe as my broker when I moved two weeks ago. I would’ve loved to have worked with Mr. Reagle on that.
Your company is trash. I feel extorted. I will tell people far and wide to never, ever, ever give you business.
Be careful, when the mover arrive the price is much higher than the quote , it was triple.
Amerisafe apparently got my phone number through a request I sent for moving quotes about six weeks ago. Today I got a text from an Amerisafe sales rep asking if I still wanted a quote. I replied that I moved two weeks ago. Solely for the rep’s information about Amerisafe’s competitors, I also share with the rep really bad scoop about the move broker and movers I ended up with. The rep then shockingly proceeded to harass me with a series of multiple texts until I finally blocked him (could’ve been a her, but I believe it was a guy based on the wording of the texts).
