I recently used Amerisafe. They are a heartless, cold and deceitful, brokering business. I unknowingly was given to a different moving company who ended up charging me almost double what I was quoted. Amerisafe/ Dean/ Aiden did nothing to help.
AmeriSafe is a broker, they don't move anything, they just got about $7k out of the total of $20 that I paid for my move, and all they did was set up for a rag tag company out of Brooklyn to move me. It was horrendous. They showed up with four guys and no materials to get started. Their foreman then had to run to Home depot to get all the boxes and things that were supposed to come with them ready to go. The truck finally showed up late and it took them from the morning until late in the evening to get it packed. I had reserved a full truck, but they told me that this truck was 4 feet longer and charged me an additional $1,037 for that space. I met the truck at my new home two days... Read More
