Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The crew was really fast, arrived on time, and treated my belongings with the utmost care. The entire process was stress-free because of their professionalism and kind manner. I'm quite impressed and would definitely use their services once more.
The movers handled my possessions with care, professionalism, and efficiency. They made the relocation quickly and damage-free after arriving on schedule. The process was stress-free because of their amiable demeanor. I heartily urge anyone searching for trustworthy and reasonably priced movers to use their services.
Terrible. Severely underbid job. DID not communicate all of the details between them and the subcontractor. Subcontractor demanded several more thousands of dollars to complete the job. Unhelpful on the phone. Told ‘read your contract’ over the phone when in fact the contract did not have all of the information needed. Very unhelpful and corrupt.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! I am doing a long distance move from Thousand Oaks, CA to Irving, TX. I feel that they did a major bait and switch with me. I was quoted $2,556.02. I paid about half up front and would be expected to pay the other half in two payments ($672 at pick-up and then $672 at delivery). I emailed them a copy of my updated inventory prior to the pick-up date. Not only did I email them the updated inventory, but I actually measured everything (height, width, and depth) so they would know exactly how much space I need. Awful experience with this company. They are a broker company and no telling who will get the bid for your move. I had to pay almost $2,000 more when the movers showed up. The main mover belittled his helper the entire time they loaded the truck. When a truck came to deliver our furniture, ONE man showed up to unload heavy furniture by himself which is impossible. Our teen son had to help him since we were at work. They put most of it in the garage, so we had to have extra help come help us move it upstairs after he was long gone. Horrible experience!
Do not waste your time and money. They are terrible and should be shut down.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I can't put into words how poor my experience with this company was. They contracted movers from a company called 5 Diamond Moving Company. After settling and agreeing on a total amount of $3175.4 for the move with AmeriSafe, {$988 as a deposit and pay the difference of $2187.40 at drop off}. 5 Diamond charged me $158.40 for fuel on the contract but I ended up being charged a total of $475.20 by the end of the move on fuel alone. The 'movers' proceeded to charge me upon pick up an extra $1800.70 and $838.90 at drop off because they couldn’t fit the 18 wheeler and had to rent a Uhaul truck or refused to move my things. My initial interaction with Amerisafe (Patrick) was impressive. However, after the contract signed, money was paid and pushed out to Best Quality Movers for packing and transport, I have called, texted and emailed, Amerisafe with questions and issues and had NO return calls, text or emails!! I had an email contact from James/Sara on May 3rd with instructions to me about payment and and that a mover would call and let me know an ETA for pickup. Tried to call back but NO reply. Got a call from the mover (Best Quality Movers) 7:00pm Sunday evening (May 5th) asking if they could come and pack and pickup. I said Monday would be better for me. The good reviews are fake. Do not under any circumstances use this company!! Check the names and see how they repeat if you don’t believe me. DO NOT use them. It will be the biggest mistake you make. They do not vet the moving companies they broker your job out to AT ALL.
It was indeed a brilliant choice of ours to hire AmeriSafe Moving Services! The staff was so useful, orderly, and efficient throughout the whole process.
