No matter what they quote you expect to pay double. Quoted $8,300 originally and they show up and In my opinion extorted an additional $10,000. This is a round estimates and include a requested tip on top of the cost so they wouldnt charge extra for additional packing beyond what they as already charged. I feel they purposely under quote the job to get a signature and deposit. Then they show up and walk around the house and tell you this is going to cost more.
