Our container was delivered without any delay where an extremely professional and nice team unpacked the biggest pieces of furniture and removed all the debris in a couple of hours. In summary, this company gave us very good service at a very competitive price. We not just highly recommend them, we will hire them again for our future.
Excellent Job. From the initial start to the final delivery, great logistics, and communication. All my household including very fragile items arrived intact. Very happy customer. Walked us through a very difficult process with the utmost professionalism. Responded to emails and phone calls promptly at every turn.
From initially generating an estimate that was accurate through to the final billing process, to sending an excellent packing team to wrap and pick up our goods, to connecting us with a very efficient local expeditor and customs broker at the destination, they did a fantastic job. They also provided excellent customer service, we’re always ready to answer our questions and went out of their way to advise us and inform us of how to pack and prepare our shipment as efficiently as possible.

Great company. easy move from beginning to end. My salesperson guided me every step of the way and made a very stressful situation very pleasant. They answered all my emails quickly. No other place I called for quotes gave me all the information provided. I highly recommend it.
It was an excellent experience. We shopped around for quotes and found them to be very competitive. They handled our move professionally at all stages and we’re always happy to respond helpfully to our questions. The move itself went well, their packing crew worked extremely hard, and well into the evening to get everything done in a day. Our container was tracked to the destination, where it was delivered and unpacked with equal care.
They come to the origination house, pack everything, and put the boxes, furniture, and other items in crates while you watch and take them to be shipped. At the receiving end, they open the crates, bring the items into the house, unwrap and unpack, and haul the packing material away. The only thing not in the fixed upfront price is the duties and customs fees for coming into the country. Good explanations of the process, costs, and times. Good coordination and communication. Polite and professional the whole way. Highly recommend and would use them again.
Everything was excellent. The move was well handled and extremely smooth, from origin to destination. They took care of everything, and they and their subcontractors provided excellent service, with full communication throughout the entire process.
The entire team made every effort to ensure a smooth transition every step of the way. They were always prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had. There was no "guessing game" in terms of the costs and services offered. The entire process was transparent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a highly professional, courteous, and caring team.
